About Karleb Homes Ltd.

Karleb Homes was founded in 2006 by Ian, a Journeyman Plumber and Gasfitter who grew up in Alberta and spent years working around the subtrades. As his expertise and reputation grew, so did the opportunity to take on more, learn more, and build something of his own. What started as a drive to do good work turned into a thriving residential building company serving the families of Central Alberta.

Ian grew up appreciating the tight-knit feel of Rocky Mountain House and saw a real need for a dedicated local builder, someone who understood small-town expectations and was willing to meet them. That’s still what Karleb Homes is today: locally owned, family-run, and deeply committed to the community it serves.

We don’t operate like a volume builder. Every client works directly with Ian throughout their entire project, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. We hire local subtrades, people we know, trust, and have built strong working relationships with over many years. We support local businesses, invest in local people, and take real pride in every home we build.
